Sokon Residence Guest Policy

Welcome to Sokon Residence! To ensure a pleasant experience for all our guests, please familiarize yourself with our policies outlined below.

General Property Policies

  1.  Check-In/Check-Out Process:
    • Property keys will be provided by our company representatives at check-in. Guests are required to return the keys upon check-out.
    • Guests must communicate their arrival and departure times in advance to facilitate a smooth check-in and check-out process with our representatives.


  2. Identification Requirement:
    •  A valid ID or Passport must be presented at check-in. Our representative will take a copy and you will be required to sign our rental contract, as mandated by Egyptian law.


  3. Couples Policy:
    • Couples must present a valid marriage certificate during check-in. If this document is not provided, check-in will not be permitted.


  4. Damage Policy:
    • Any damages to the property will be assessed by our representatives and evaluated based on current market prices.


  5.  Prohibition of Alcoholic Beverages and Shisha:
    • The consumption of alcoholic beverages and shisha is strictly prohibited on the premises. Violations will incur a fine of 1,000 EGP.


  6. Guest and Gathering Policy:
    • Parties or large gatherings are not allowed on the property.
    • Visits by non-registered guests are not permitted.
    • Pets are not allowed inside the property.

Cancellation/No-Show and Refund Policy

  1. Cancellation and No-Show Terms:
    • Our cancellation policy is structured based on your selected rate plan (Standard Rate Plan and Non-Refundable Rate Plan).

  2. Full Refund:
    • Guests are eligible for a full refund if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in.

  3. Partial Refund:
    • If a cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before check-in, the first night’s stay will be deducted from the refund.

  4. Non-Refundable and No-Show Charges:
    • For no-shows or cancellations made under a pre-selected non-refundable rate plan, the full amount will be deducted.

  5. Refund Process:
    • Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the reservation. Please allow 5 to 15 working days for processing. Note that additional delays may occur depending on your payment platform’s policies.
